The refund window
Our standard refund window is being finalised and will be published here. [Refund window to be confirmed.] In the meantime, the written terms you receive before paying state exactly when and how a refund can be requested for your engagement, and those written terms are what applies to you.
Before you pay anything
Your first assessment is free, you only pay if you decide to go ahead after we have told you honestly whether we can help. If anything about the refund arrangements in your written terms is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp or by email before paying, we will put the answer in writing.
