We use technical usage information to understand how the website is used and improve it. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law or for the regular exercise of our rights. We may keep data in anonymised form, no longer linked to you, for longer periods.

Who else has access to personal data, and why

We use a small number of service providers to run this website: our hosting provider (Vercel) serves the site, our email delivery provider (Resend) delivers contact-form messages to our inbox, and Google Tag Manager supports our usage measurement. If you message us on WhatsApp, your communication is also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. We also share data with judicial, police, or governmental authorities where a court order, law, or regulation requires it. Where your data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we take the measures required by applicable law to keep it protected.

No platform is completely secure, if you suspect your personal data has been accessed without authorisation, please contact us immediately.

Your consent

When you send the contact form, you tick a box agreeing that we may contact you about your enquiry, that consent is the basis on which we reply to you, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us. Responding to messages you send us and understanding how our website is used are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the business. If we ever rely on consent for something new, we will ask you first.
